- The Story
Bonnington Walk is a large residential development located in Bristol, delivering a mix of modern apartment blocks and family housing designed to support the growing demand for high-quality and sustainable homes. The scheme includes several low-rise residential blocks alongside houses, creating a well-integrated neighbourhood environment with landscaped public spaces.
The development comprises multiple residential blocks, including Blocks 1–4, which provide a range of apartment units designed to modern living standards while supporting sustainable urban growth within the Bristol area.
The works involved the complete internal fit-out including dryling, plasterboarding and plastering to all apartment residences in Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4.
- What we did
CCR Global supported the project team from the early pre-contract stage through to project completion, helping establish clear commercial and contractual positions from the outset. During the negotiation phase, particular attention was given to key practical provisions to ensure alignment with the client’s operational requirements and the realities of project delivery.
Working alongside the existing team, we provided day-to-day commercial and contract management, encompassing the preparation of monthly reports, early warning notices, drafting contractual correspondence, and ensuring full compliance with contractual conditions precedent for entitlement to time and cost.
Our involvement also included supporting the team in progressing Partial Possession, Practical Completion, Loss and Expense, Extensions of Time and the Final Account, ensuring contractual entitlements were properly managed and associated project costs recovered.
